Jackin Alix Bien Aime is passionate about designing and implementing the Emergency Communication System of the future. His motivation derives not only from being a lucky survivor of the 7.0 magnitude earthquake in Haiti where more than 300,000 people died but also from the determination and the hard work of his entire team, Digicel Engineering department, to successfully help to maintain the network and make the repairs necessary to enable communications.

Mr. Bien Aime is a multi-skilled tech-savvy engineer who has the technical know-how and edge to create technology solutions in a such way that they not only work technically, but they also work for people. He is capable of starting a new project by discovering, ideating, defining, designing technology, and business strategy process while ensuring best practices are followed at all times. He also can identify where existing processes can be improved by new technology.

Mr. Bien Aime prides himself on his ability to work cross-functionally and in any environment. Within his roles, his creativity, diligence, and persistence in finding new solutions for hard problems have been highlighted as assets and have allowed him to take responsibility for several complex projects. He has been in the field of technology for well over a decade translating business needs into technical specifications. He earned a Master of Science in Telecommunications & Network Management, Certificate of Advanced Study in Information Security Management, Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering, and Associate Degree in Science (Math, Physics, Chemistry).
